Cat t6a RJ45 modular plug is perfect for terminating cat6a solid cables. These modular plugs are manufactured from high-impact clear polycarbonate to withstand everyday wear and tear, and the contacts are 50 micron gold for optimum signal transmission. In addition, a two-piece design with a loading bar ensures easy and accurate assembly.

The modular plug is compatible with 3 load bars (AKA insert) in 3 different ODs of insulations: 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, and 1.6 mm.
Each of the inserts is made for a wide range of wire insulation diameters. If you have trouble finding connectors for a large OD cable, this is the best solution that allows cables in various sizes to fit into the modular plugs.

Features
The gold plating on each of the contact blades is inspected with the X-Ray machine beforehand, and its thickness can be customized from 3 microns to 50 microns. The staggered position of the wires (4 up 4 down) is a user-friendly and efficient design for quick assembly.

Works great for 23 way Cat6A Shielded cable with braided drain wire. Takes a little getting use it at first. Make sure to flatten the wire into an oval shape and you will have to wiggle wire some to get it up into the jack properly. Have patience and after the first few it gets much easier.
